Music transcends all difference; culture, creed, and color. We are all different

and distant until we share our music. Then we are one. 

VEKTUR is a classic example of this. Grant has been forging ahead with his musical interest for years in a variety of bands crossing borders from progressive rock to jazz, not to mention his involvement in music production for the stage.

Gabe is rediscovering his conservatory musical training combined with his world travels to his centered vision creating a deep, harmonic sense to VEKTUR’S sound pallet.

Jeff has been deeply involved with the traditional music of Japan that stems from his continuing life there playing 1200 year musical repertoire of the shakuhachi flute and interweaving it with his interests in ambient sounds, jazz, and funk.

These are the elements that make up VEKTUR.
